1. The Philosophy: The 4-14 Window
At Church Jehova Nissi, we believe that the most fertile ground for the 1-million-soul mandate is the “4-14 Window”—children between the ages of 4 and 14. Statistics show that 85% of people who follow Jesus do so before age 18. Therefore, Nissi Kids is not a childcare service; it is a Leadership Academy. We are training the future apostles, doctors, and world-shapers of Manitoba, Africa, and Asia.
2. The Nissi Kids Global Curriculum
We have developed a proprietary, world-class curriculum called “The Nissi Way.” This curriculum is translated into multiple languages and provided free of charge to all our Global Member Churches.
- Phase 1: Discovery (Ages 0-5): Focusing on the “Fatherhood of God.” Children learn that they are loved, safe, and created with a purpose.
- Phase 2: Identity (Ages 6-9): Focusing on “Christ the Victor.” Kids learn the stories of the Bible as a roadmap for their own lives.
- Phase 3: Commission (Ages 10-12): This is where the 1-million-soul vision is planted. We teach children about the continents of Africa and Asia, teaching them to pray for unreached nations and to see themselves as “Little Missionaries.”

3. Safety, Excellence, and The Dream Center
Our Manitoba campus features a state-of-the-art Nissi Dream Center.
- Security: We utilize biometric check-in systems and a “Double-Lock” security protocol to ensure every child is safe.
- Sensory Environments: Our classrooms are designed to engage all five senses, using high-definition visuals and immersive storytelling to make the Bible come alive.
4. The "Orphan to Leader" Pipeline
In partnership with our Christian Orphanage Centers in Africa and Asia, Nissi Kids facilitates a “Peer-to-Peer” connection. Children in Winnipeg write letters to, pray for, and fund projects for children in our overseas orphanages. We believe that by connecting a child in Manitoba with a child in a Nairobi orphanage, we are building a global bridge of faith that will last a lifetime.
