TIER 1: THE TIMOTHY TIER (Student & Emerging Leader)

This is Designed for those in Bible College, university students, and young people called to ministry.

  • Mentorship Access: Monthly “Young Lions” Zoom calls with the Jehova Nissi leadership team in Manitoba.

  • Education Support: Eligibility to apply for the Nissi Scholars Grant, which covers up to 50% of tuition costs for accredited Bible training in Africa and Asia.

  • Summit Discounts: 50% discount on registration for the annual Global Impact Summit in Winnipeg.

  • Digital Library: Full access to our “Nissi Way” curriculum and leadership archives.


TIER 2: THE APOSTOLIC INDIVIDUAL (Pastors & Preachers)

Designed for solo pastors, traveling evangelists, and independent ministers.

  • Spiritual Covering: Formal recognition and ministerial credentials under the banner of Church Jehova Nissi.

  • The Shepherd’s Fund: Access to emergency personal support grants (medical or crisis) for the pastor and their immediate family.

TIER 3: THE KINGDOM MINISTRY (Local Churches)

Designed for established local congregations looking for growth and partnership.

  • Church Growth Grants: Eligibility to apply for annual grants up to $5,000 for sound systems, musical instruments, or community outreach projects.

  • Education for Youth: The ability to nominate up to five students per year from your congregation for the Timothy Education Fund (Global Scholarships).

  • Life Group Blueprint: Full training for your leadership team on how to implement the “Group of 12” multiplication model.

  • Sponsorship: One fully-sponsored ticket (Airfare + Hotel) to the Global Impact Summit in Winnipeg for the Senior Pastor.


TIER 4: THE STRATEGIC NGO (Missions & Christian Charities)

Designed for non-profits, mission agencies, and charity organizations operating in Africa and Asia.

  • Infrastructure Grants: Priority eligibility for capital grants up to $25,000 for building projects (clinics, wells, or training centers).

  • Logistical Support: Access to the Nissi Supply Chain for the bulk purchase of Bibles, medical supplies, and relief food.

  • Global Visibility: A featured page on the Church Jehova Nissi website, showcasing your mission work to our global donor base in Manitoba and beyond.

TIER 5: THE VISIONARY ENTITY (Large Organizations & Denominations)

Designed for networks of churches or large-scale global entities.

  • The Master Capital Grant: Direct access to apply for major funding (over $50,000) for large-scale initiatives like hospitals, schools, or multi-city crusades.

  • Board Seat: A seat on the Global Strategy Council, helping to direct the 1-Million-Soul Mandate roadmap.

  • VIP Sponsorship: Two fully-sponsored VIP packages (Business Class Airfare + 5-Star Accommodation) to the Global Impact Summit.

  • Custom Training: We will send a Nissi Leadership Team from Manitoba to your headquarters once a year to conduct a “Regional Awakening” conference for your leaders.

Comprehensive Membership Requirements Matrix

To preserve the spiritual integrity, operational transparency, and legal compliance of the Global Nissi Alliance (GNA), all applicants seeking membership, structural covering, or grant eligibility must fully complete and attach the following mandatory verification assets to their application packet.

Applications submitted without these verified components will not be logged into our administrative review stream.

Part 1: Mandatory Base Requirements (Required for All Tiers)

Every applicant, regardless of ministry size or tier classification, must provide these three core components:

  • 1. The 1-to-5-Minute Video Introduction (Mandatory)

    • Format: A raw, unfiltered video clip recorded via mobile phone, tablet, or webcam (English or French). No high-production editing or promotional marketing flyers will be accepted as a substitute.

    • Content: The primary applicant or senior leader must speak directly to the camera, introducing themselves, detailing their current frontline ministry footprint, and explicitly explaining why they feel called to join the Alliance or participate in upcoming fully-sponsored GNA training initiatives.

  • 2. Completed GNA Application Form

    • Every section of the official “Jehova Nissi Organizational Membership Registration” form must be filled out completely. Sections concerning the “Fruitfulness Audit” and the “Winnipeg Connection” statement of intent must be fully articulated to establish clear doctrinal alignment.

  • 3. Government-Issued Identification

    • A clear, high-resolution scan or color photograph of the main bio-data page of a valid international passport for the primary applicant (and any designated co-delegates).

Part 2: Tier-Specific Documentation Requirements

In addition to the base requirements above, applicants must attach the structural documentation designated for their specific application tier:

Tier 1: The Timothy Tier (Students & Emerging Leaders)

  • Proof of Enrollment: An official letter of acceptance, current student ID, or enrollment transcript from an active university or accredited Bible College.

  • Ecclesiastical Recommendation: A formal signed recommendation letter from your current covering Pastor, confirming your calling, character, and active volunteer service within the youth or children’s departments.

Tier 2: The Apostolic Individual (Solo Pastors & Traveling Evangelists)

  • Ministry Resume: A comprehensive ministerial timeline detailing your preaching history, years in active service, and past cross-border missionary or crusading deployments.

  • Letters of Witness: Two signed reference letters from ordained senior ministers or regional overseers within your geographic area, validating your ministerial calling and local reputation.

Tier 3: The Kingdom Ministry (Local Congregations)

  • Organizational Structure: A clear hierarchy chart displaying your local church leadership framework (Deacons, Elders, Youth Pastors, and Department Heads).

  • Fruitfulness Proof: Real-life photographic evidence of regular weekly church services, life group meetings, or active community outreach programs.

  • Local Registration Status: Copy of church registration certificates or a formal status brief indicating if local regulatory incorporation is currently in progress.

Tier 4: The Strategic NGO (Missions & Christian Charities)

  • Official Organization Profile: A complete operational profile highlighting your core program target areas (e.g., orphanages, medical clinics, or clean water initiatives).

  • Field Audit / Recent Activity Report: A documented narrative or statistical breakdown of your most recent humanitarian/evangelistic activities, including exact data on beneficiaries reached and community impact metrics.

  • Legal Standing: Valid NGO registration certificate or Community-Based Organization (CBO) legal documentation issued by your country of primary impact.

Tier 5: The Visionary Entity (Large Networks & Denominations)

  • Denominational Constitution & Bylaws: Official legal and ecclesiastical charters outlining the governance structure, legal status, and doctrinal laws of your entire network.

  • Affiliated Roster: A certified ledger listing all active branch locations, physical church addresses, and the names/contact coordinates of all ordained pastors operating under your central covering banner.

  • Financial Integrity Statement: A summary of the network’s annual operational budget or external financial statements to verify capacity for managing Master Capital Grant allocations.

Part 3: Administrative Processing Notice

Vetting & Selection Protocol: Upon submission of the completed application form, passport copies, video introduction (it Must be in .mp4 format & also attached via a transfer link e.g. dropbox, weTransfer, FileSend, GoogleDrive etc.), and your tier’s required structural documents, your file will enter our strict 2-to-4-week administrative evaluation window.

No upfront fees are required to apply. Under our strict compliance guidelines, conditional registration or material fees are only requested if your entity is successfully approved and selected by the GNA Administrative Secretariat.
