I. The Philosophy: The Storehouse of the Great Commission
At Church Jehova Nissi, our philosophy is that Winnipeg is the Storehouse for the Global Harvest. We believe that God has positioned us in the heart of North America to be the financial and spiritual “supply line” for the 1 million souls we will win. We do not believe in “handouts”; we believe in Strategic Kingdom Investment. Every dollar that leaves our Manitoba campus is a “Seed of Victory” (Nissi) planted in the soil of Africa and Asia.
Our mission is to ensure that no anointed leader in a developing nation ever fails because they lacked the resources. We are the wind beneath the wings of the global church.
II. The Funding Pillars: Africa & Asia
To reach 1 million converts, we have identified the most effective ways to utilize our resources. Our funding is strategically divided into four “Impact Channels”:
1. The Church Planting Fund (Building the Infrastructure)
We believe that the local church is the hope of the world. We provide massive grants for:

Land & Construction: We fund the purchase of land and the building of permanent, high-quality sanctuaries. These buildings serve as “Embassies of the Kingdom” in their communities.

The First-Year Salary: We fully fund the salaries of church planters for their first year, allowing them to focus 100% on soul-winning without the burden of financial survival.
2. The Timothy Education Fund (Youth & Education)
To sustain the harvest, we must educate the next generation. This is a primary benefit for our Global Member Entities.

University Scholarships: We pay for the youth in our member churches in Africa and Asia to attend university. We are raising Christian doctors, lawyers, and teachers who will influence their nations.

The Leadership Sponsorship: We provide all-expenses-paid trips for youth leaders to come to our Winnipeg campus for intensive 3-month apostolic training.
3. The Orphanage Excellence Program
Our orphanages are the “Jewels” of Jehova Nissi. We fund these centers to provide a standard of care that is world-class.

Holistic Wellness: Our funding covers clean water, nutrient-dense food, clothing, and full medical insurance for every child.

Vocational Exit-Strategy: We fund vocational training for our orphans so they graduate with a trade and a plan for success.
4. Mercy & Emergency Relief
We are the “First Responders” for the Body of Christ.

Water & Food: We fund 100 wells a year in Africa to provide “The Cup of Cold Water” in Jesus’ name.

Persecution Support: We provide immediate financial aid to churches in Asia that have been destroyed or to families of martyrs, ensuring they are never abandoned.
