I. The Philosophy: The Frontline of the Million
At Church Jehova Nissi, we believe the harvest of 1 million souls will be won or lost in the hearts of the youth. The world is fighting for the attention of our teenagers through screens and secular ideologies; Nissi Revolution is our counter-offensive. We don’t offer a “watered-down” Gospel. We offer a radical call to follow Jesus, to find an unshakeable identity in Him, and to take the light of the Gospel into the darkest corners of Winnipeg and the most unreached parts of Africa and Asia.
II. The Four Pillars of Nissi Revolution
1. Radical Identity & Mental Wellness
In an era of rising anxiety and identity confusion, we provide the bedrock of Christ-centered confidence.
The “Deep Room” Sessions: Every Tuesday, we tackle the hard questions. From biblical sexuality and mental health to the reliability of Scripture, we equip our youth in Manitoba to stand firm when their faith is tested in high schools and universities.
Mentorship Circles: Every student is placed with a mentor—a Godly adult who walks with them through the pressures of modern life, ensuring no youth in Winnipeg feels invisible or alone.
2. Digital Apostleship (The 100k Initiative)
Our goal is to train 100,000 Digital Apostles. We recognize that the phone in a teenager’s hand is the most powerful mission tool in history.
The Content Lab: On Thursdays, we don’t just hang out; we create. Our youth learn cinematography, graphic design, and storytelling. We produce viral Gospel content specifically designed to reach unreached youth in Asia and Africa.
Online Stealth Missions: We train our youth to engage in online spaces with grace and truth, reaching people in “closed” nations through gaming platforms and social media.
3. Global Education & The Timothy Fund
Because we are a Global Resource Center, we invest in the minds of our youth worldwide. This is a primary benefit for our Global Member Churches.
Education Grants: We provide annual scholarships for youth in our member churches in Africa and Asia to pursue higher education. We believe that an educated believer is a powerful witness.
The Winnipeg Sponsorship: Every summer, we sponsor the top youth leaders from our African and Asian partner churches to come to Manitoba. They receive world-class leadership training and experience the “Nissi Sound” firsthand, returning home to spark revival in their own nations.
4. The “Summer of Fire” Missions
We don’t just talk about missions; we go.
Direct Impact: Our Winnipeg youth travel annually to our Christian Orphanage Centers in Africa and Asia. They don’t go as “tourists”; they go as servants—building schools, leading youth rallies, and providing tech support for local churches.
Cultural Exchange: We believe the Western church has much to learn from the African and Asian church. Our youth missions are designed to be a “mutual harvest,” where our students’ lives are forever changed by the fire and faith of the global body.
III. The Environment: The Revolution Hub
Our facility in Winnipeg is designed for more than just “church.” It is a 24/7 home for our youth.
The Creative Suite: Professional-grade recording studios and editing bays for digital evangelism.
The Lounge: A safe place for students to study, play, and build community after school.
The War Room: A dedicated prayer space where our youth intercede specifically for the 1 Million Soul goal, naming the nations and tribes they are reaching.
IV. Global Membership: Youth Ministry Benefits
If your ministry joins the Jehova Nissi Membership, your youth gain instant access to:
Nissi Revolution Tech Kits: Grants for cameras, laptops, and software to start your own “Content Lab” in Africa or Asia.
Sponsorship Eligibility: Priority selection for youth in your church to receive our educational scholarships and travel sponsorships to Winnipeg.
Global Youth Network: Your students can join our monthly “Global Youth Summits” via Zoom, connecting youth from Manitoba with youth from Lagos, Nairobi, and Manila in a massive network of prayer.
